Donations made by KSA in 1995

Updated Sunday January 5, 2014 by Kitchener Sports Association.

The Optimist Club of Stanley Park received an equipment grant to help cover some of the cost of purchasing adjustable helmets with face-shilelds for both the pitchers and the catchers of all its 3-Pitch teams. The move provided face protection at these two vulnerable positions and was subsequently extended to its T-Ball program. The Club continues to provide batting helmets for batters and baserunners to minimize the cost of participation in a safe playing environment.
