Updated Thursday March 21, 2013 by Kitchener Sports Association.

Membership in the Kitchener Sports Association is open to anyone interested in local minor sports and athletes.

"True sportsmen make good citizens."

There is no membership fee but applicants should be willing to attend dinner meetings, network and exchange ideas in an informal manner with other like-minded individuals. KSA offers you:

  • Good sporting fellowship
  • Stimulating/entertaing guest speakers
  • Awarding of grants to sporting groups and individuals
  • Discussions on any sporting event
  • A public forum for your concerns and ideas
  • Interaction with others who care about sports
  • Opportunity to promote your sports group and events

‚ÄčInterested persons may also wish to become more involved by serving on one of the committees and/or helping raise funds (e.g. 50/50 ticket sales at Kitchener rangers home games) so we have funds to provide financial assistance to local minor sports groups and athletes.

Dinner meetings are held once a month, except during the summer and are open to the general public. Persons accepted as members, there is an application process, have a reduced dinner rate and voting priviledges.

KSA membership application procedure:

  • Let us know of your interest and come out and join us at one of our dinner meetings.
  • Complete the membership application form and submit it to the president for acceptance by the KSA Board of Directors.
