The KSA Fee-assistance Program provides direct financial support to local minor sports groups that already have, or establish for their upcoming/current sessions, a formal Fee-assistance Program. (KSA funding is only for groups who agree to collaborate with KSA and promote this initiative. The group must have a formal Fee-assistance Program in place, promote it and acknowledge KSA’s financial support.)
Your initial submission, to establish your group’s eligibility – and acceptance into this KSA Program – needs to include the historical data for the previous year (the BASE) and any supporting documents, brochures, advertising, website links, etc. for your current session (and/or timeline with plans to implement).
Once accepted into the KSA Program, submit the summary sheet for your current session ASAP after your registrations close along with any missing documentation. KSA will cover a portion of the outstanding balance resulting from your fee-assistance program (with consideration to the initial BASE figures achieved without KSA assistance).
Note: Sports groups that have already participated in KSA's Fee-assistance Program need to reveal any changes to the previous year's corresponding session's figures when re-applying for assistance. Groups offering assistance to participants for various sessions throughout the year should submit separate applications for each session at the appropriate time.
